Our jewelry is plated with 5 layers of the highest quality real 14k/18k gold or white gold. The gold must be at least 3 microns thick. This is much thicker than most gold-plated jewelry items and results in better longevity.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.
All shipments will be delivered within 13 days of order. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and 7-11 business days for shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be sent to you via email or SMS.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it your respective shipping carrier.

RETURNS
- You have 60 calendar days to return merchandise from the date of delivery to return your purchase. If your return has not been received by us within those 60 days no refunds/credit will be applied, your product will be refused.
- To initiate your return, please email us at conatct@westivy.co and we will provide return instructions with a return authorization number.
- All shipment costs incurred to return the merchandise is not covered by West Ivy LLC. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange merchandise.
- All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and show no signs of excessive wear or will be refused.

EXCHANGES
If you receive a product that is defective for any reason other than shipping, we only replace items within 60 days. If the damage occurred during shipping, please contact the carrier for instructions on how to handle this process. In addition, if you receive an item with damaged to the packaging, make sure to take pictures before opening the item just in case it results in a damaged item.
