Return/Refund Policy
RETURNS
- You have 60 calendar days to return merchandise from the date of delivery to return your purchase. If your return has not been received by us within those 60 days no refunds/credit will be applied, your product will be refused.
- To initiate your return, please email us at conatct@westivy.co and we will provide return instructions with a return authorization number.
- All shipment costs incurred to return the merchandise is not covered by West Ivy LLC. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange merchandise.
- All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and show no signs of excessive wear or will be refused.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you meet all return criteria, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 weeks.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact your credit card provider.
EXCHANGES
If you receive a product that is defective for any reason other than shipping, we only replace items within 60 days. If the damage occurred during shipping, please contact the carrier for instructions on how to handle this process. In addition, if you receive an item with damaged to the packaging, make sure to take pictures before opening the item just in case it results in a damaged item.
CANCELLATIONS, EDITS OR CHANGES
Cancellations, edits or changes are only accepted if we receive your request before the order has been processed. You can contact us at conatct@westivy.co to make sure this process is still available to you.
